This place is your typical small town bar and grill. My paddling club came here for Friday fish fry. $8 got me one sizable piece of fried cod with a baked potato plus salad/soup bar. The offerings on the salad bar were pretty limited (common for a place like this), but the chicken noodle soup was just the thing for my cold. Overall I felt satisfied, but $9 with a can of soda is at least $1 more than I felt the meal was worth. Service was a little slow. Our orders were taken quickly but we waited about 20 minutes for our entrees beyond finishing at least two trips to the salad bar each.
Excellent service. Excellent atmosphere. Sunday card day better than any comedy show you can pay for. There is almost a brawl amongst friends in every hand.
